OUR COMPANY HISTORY

Medical Gas Systems, Inc. was formed through the merging of Doerksen Medical Gas Systems and Medical Gas Associates. Doerksen Medical Gas Systems was founded in Canada and incorporated in 1975. It began serving US health care facilities in 1979 and in 1984, Doerksen Medical Gas/US was incorporated in the state of Arizona. Medical Gas Associates was started in Columbus, OH. It served medical facilities in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Our company today serves medical facilities all across the US with the majority of our activity in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Washington. 

Medical Gas Systems, Inc. operates as a 3rd party independent testing agency and exclusively performs medical gas system testing and associated activities. Our personnel collaborate with design engineers/planners and work toward the goal of creating a safely controlled and monitored medical gas system. Because we strive to provide the best service, all of our staff members are specialists in medical gas system field. Our specialists are certified by the National Inspection Testing Certification Corporation and Medical Gas Professional Healthcare Organization to the ASSE 6030 Standard and CMGV requirements.
